By using NXTRAVE you agree to these terms.

What NXTRAVE does

NXTRAVE helps users discover and compare electronic-music events using information from third-party event and ticket sources. NXTRAVE is not the event organiser, venue or ticket seller unless expressly stated otherwise.

Event information

Dates, times, line-ups, venues, availability and prices can change. NXTRAVE aims to present useful information but cannot guarantee that third-party information is complete, current or error-free. Check the ticket seller or organiser before travelling or purchasing.

Tickets and external services

Purchases are completed with third-party providers and are governed by their terms, refund rules and privacy policies. Any issue with a ticket purchase should normally be raised with the provider that sold the ticket.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, access it unlawfully, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Availability

NXTRAVE may change, suspend or discontinue features and may update these terms as the service develops.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, NXTRAVE is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate third-party event information, event cancellation, venue changes, or the acts or omissions of external ticket providers and organisers.
